Laurence Sidney
Operations Director
Laurence was born and educated in Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University then went on and qualified as a chartered accountant.
Laurence started out his career as a chartered accountant working in private practices in Australia, specialising in Taxation and Business Services. When Laurence moved to the UK in 1997, he started work as a special project manager implementing Navision. Laurence then started working for a Navision Reseller and providing implementation and consultation services. Since 2005 he has run KE Consulting full time, as a Navision service provider.
With 13 years experience in Navision consultancy, Laurence has implemented over 35 full business systems and worked with over 30 companies' Navision systems.
Ian Silvers
Solution Development Manager
Since graduating from Paisley College of Technology with a BSC in Computer Science, Ian has spent almost 25 years in software development, the last 15 of which have been spent working primarily with Navision. This has involved development of client solutions through all versions of Navision, where he has been involved in all stages of the project cycle from pre-sales through to implementation and support.
Ian has also been instrumental in designing and building a number of industry specific vertical products for use by businesses running Navision as their core system.
Ian has achieved a number of Microsoft Certifications, including

- Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL Server

Brenda Moss
Support Manager
Brenda started her career with Navision in 1995 and has worked with every new version of the system since then. Over this time, Brenda has worked in all aspects of Navision implementations including business and technical consulting, project management, training and support.
To date Brenda has over 15 years experience in Navision consultancy and has accrued an outstanding collection of Navision certifications including the most recent Navision Financials. Having worked hand-in-hand with over 50 clients implementing Navision as their business system, Brenda brings a wealth of real world application, knowledge and expertise to the company.
Janet Sherwood
System Analyst
Janet has over 15 years experience in Navision consultancy and has accrued an outstanding collection of Navision certifications.
Janet has also worked in all aspects of Navision project life cycles including business and technical consulting, project management and training.
Mason Rowles
Consultant
Mason has over 10 years experience working in specialist software projects for clients in both B2C and B2B industries.
In 2008 Mason returned to working with Dynamics NAV on a full time basis. He is working as a consultant for our customers and helping to recognise and meet their business and systems requirements.
Laurence Conlon
Consultant
Laurence has over 13 years experience working with businesses to install Dynamics NAV and ensure that it meets their requirements from their core business system.
He is working with our distribution based clients to in providing implementation, design, testing and training services.
Laurence joins us this year and brings our combined Navision (NAV) experience past 90 years.
Matthew Lang
Solutions Developer
Matthew has been working with Navision for the last 4 years. His career with Navision started in 2005 when the high street retail company he worked for decided to introduce Navision as their financial and warehouse system.
In May 2008, Matthew joined KE Consulting as a solutions developer at their Glasgow office.
Matthew is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL Server.
Steve Hall
Business Development
Steve has over 15 years experience working with clients who have a requirement to implement a business wide system – Dynamics NAV.
His broad level of experience ensures that the client’s requirements are properly understood and interpreted prior to commencing any new implementations.
